President Joe Biden once again looked lost on stage during the NATO summit in Vilnius, Lithuania, on Tuesday.
Biden appeared confused as he was posing for a photograph with NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg and Lithuanian President Gitanas Nauseda.
Prior to the pictorial, the U.S. president was seen looking around the room and seemed unsure of what to do. The awkwardness lasted for a few seconds and was even captured on video.

“Biden takes a photo with the NATO secretary general and the Lithuanian president, then struggles to figure out where to go to next,” RNC Research tweeted of the ordeal.
This isn’t the first time Biden has made a fool of himself in public. Most recently, he suddenly wandered off in the middle of a live interview on the liberal-leaning news network MSNBC.
During the interview, Biden got out of his chair and shook hands with host Nicolle Wallace before the show even cut to a commercial break.
“Don’t go anywhere,” Wallace told viewers as the president made his exit, walking directly behind her.
This comes as officials continue to question Biden’s physical and mental wellness, especially after he announced his reelection campaign earlier this month.
Voters are also showing serious concerns for Biden’s age and health, as an October survey found that 64 percent of Americans, including 50 percent of Democrats, said they were “concerned” about the president’s mental health.
Biden became the oldest individual ever elected to serve in the White House, and he could break the record should he win again in 2024.
Elsewhere in the NATO summit, which focused on pressing issues such as the Russia-Ukraine war, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky showed frustration regarding the alliance’s ambiguity about his country’s potential membership.
“We value our allies. We value our shared security. And we always appreciate an open conversation,“ Zelensky tweeted. “Ukraine will be represented at the NATO summit in Vilnius. Because it is about respect … But Ukraine also deserves respect. Now, on the way to Vilnius, we received signals that certain wording is being discussed without Ukraine.”
Zelensky’s protest, however, was overshadowed by Biden’s mishap and will likely generate further discussion in the days to come.
