Media Accuses Trump Of Nazism?! Hitler vs Trump

Trump’s recent speeches and rallies have been leading to another media outcry about how comparable Trump may be to Hitler. We seem to keep seeing Adolf Hitler and Donald Trump’s names within the same speeches, writings, and media posts as if there’s some sort of connection.

The most recent speech quote that has created buzz came from his recent New Hampshire rally speech. In reference to migrants, Trump said,

“They’re poisoning the blood of our country. That’s what they’ve done. They poison — mental institutions and prisons all over the world. Not just in South America. Not just the three or four countries that we think about. But all over the world, they’re coming into our country — from Africa, from Asia, all over the world.”

The public and media have been pointing out how close this was to Hitler’s famous quotes and sayings. A similar version of the phrase appears in Adolf Hitler’s manifesto ‘Mein Kampf,’ which many believe Trump has both read and enjoyed, despite his denial.

This isn’t the first time Trump has said something along these lines or close to what Adolf Hitler has said in his writings before. We’ve seen these phrases sprinkled all throughout Trump’s speeches.

Here are a few quotes from previous speeches of his that are eerily similar, “It’s the blood of our country. What they’re doing is destroying our country” and “It’s poisoning the blood of our country. It’s so bad, and people are coming in with disease. People are coming in with every possible thing that you could have.”

These quotes have already been criticized by both the media and Biden’s administration. The comparison to Hitler is not new, but with the next presidential election quickly approaching, things are changing.

Politico says,  “Comparing your political opponent’s words to Adolf Hitler’s used to be controversial. But Donald Trump continues to use rhetoric that historians say reeks of fascism — and now Joe Biden’s campaign has entered a surreal routine of calling him out on it.”

In true Trump fashion, we can’t take much of what he says seriously because he oftentimes will play the media by telling them something controversial and then taking it back as a “joke.”
