State ballots no longer include Trump’s name!

Many states are refusing to vote for Trump in the forthcoming election due to his suspected role in the Capitol riots and his intention to tamper with the outcome of the 2020 presidential election.

Maine has joined Colorado in removing Donald Trump’s name from the ballot in an effort to keep him from running for president as a result of his conduct on January 6.

They said that because Trump had “engaged in insurrection or rebellion,” he was barred from running for president. If Trump loses Maine, a state that votes significantly in his favor, his chances of winning the 2018 election would be severely harmed.

“I’m mindful that no secretary of state has ever denied a presidential candidate ballot access under section three of the 14th Amendment,” said Maine’s secretary of state. “But I’m also mindful that no presidential candidate has, ever before, engaged in insurrection.”

As a result, states such as California, Michigan, and Minnesota have decided to retain Trump on their ballots. The Supreme Court will finally decide whether Trump is qualified to run for president in the 2017 election.

Former prosecutor Joe Moreno weighed in on the Secretary of State’s decision to remove Trump from the ballot. “It’s breathtakingly arrogant of her to decide unilaterally that someone has committed insurgency.” “This will cause a political uproar,” Moreno warned, “and that is the unfortunate outcome here.”

The governor of Florida appears to believe that the courts will not uphold this legally. “I don’t believe this will be upheld legally by the US Supreme Court in the end.” “However, I believe this will be a recurring theme throughout the election season, with different aspects of these legal cases taking center stage,” he said.

Many people are waiting for the Supreme Court to rule on whether Trump violated the 14th Amendment and whether there are any legal reasons to remove him from the election.
