Unexpectedly, a mother in Portland was stunned to spot a homeless woman lying in her ten-year-old son’s bed overnight. However, the county’s liberal district attorney dismissed the invaders shortly after the next day.
The intruder was seen on camera by Kelsey Smith’s Ring surveillance system entering her Portland house and making her way to the kid’s bedroom.
The intruder was finally revealed to be 54-year-old Terri Lynn Zinser. On Tuesday, a copy of the video of the incident was posted on YouTube.
However, Zinser was not who the mother was expecting; Smith had left the door open so that construction workers could enter the house.

For medical monitoring by the parents, security camera video was installed in the ten-year-old’s bedroom, Fox 12 said.
Shortly afterward, the mother walks in and at first assumes her husband is joking and mocking her when he is actually the person resting in the child’s bed.
Smith, however, gets clearly alarmed upon realizing the person lying down is a complete stranger. She is heard yelling at the unidentified woman to get out.
Then, after becoming aware of the disturbance, the homeless woman starts to awaken and is overheard cursing before picking up a large thing. As Zinser leaves the front door, the video sharply cuts.
The mother told KTVL that it was “really disturbing to have her curled up in my children’s room.” She added, saying that it just seems like the security of this entire home has been thrown off after discovering the incident.
Following her apprehension by the Portland Police Department, Zinser was given harassment and first-degree burglary charges.
According to the New York Post, the liberal Multnomah County District Attorney Mike Schmidt’s department released her on a “court ordered release” a day after she was brought into jail. Bail was set at nothing for Zinser.
In the past, Schmidt has a long history of being lenient with criminals, especially when it comes to anti-fa riots, as Breitbart News has shown.
According to her comments to Fox 12, “I feel like the city is declining rapidly and there is a need for more mental health services, more police training, probably more police, and more community outreach.”
Breitbart News reported in August that some households are packing up and fleeing Portland due to the city’s out of control homeless people and violence crisis.
