Chinese Billionaire With Ties To Communist Party Linked To Hunter Biden

According to The Washington Times, a Chinese billionaire was linked to Hunter Biden. He aided the People’s Liberation Army (PLA) in covert operations against America.

According to documents and emails retrieved from Hunter’s laptop, billionaire Ye Jianming made substantial cash payments to the Biden clan while he was chairman of CEFC China Energy Company Limited.

Hunter is reported to have met Mr. Ye and other CEFC executives in December 2015. They later agreed to set up a series of “introductions” for $10 million each year. Hunter also agreed to $1 million to represent Patrick Ho, a CEFC official who was later indicted in the US and sentenced for trying to bribe officials from Chad and Uganda in order to obtain oil permits for CEFC. Ho is believed to have offered permits in return for oil permits to Iran.

Remember that the CEFC agreements were made during a time when Hunter was struggling with drug addiction, and failing to pay child support and credit card bills after a messy divorce.

Ye and Hunter met in Miami in 2017 to discuss a $40million joint venture where CEFC would help in the production in Louisiana of liquefied natural gas. Even though the deal was ultimately canceled, Ye sent Hunter a thank-you card and $80,000 worth of a 2.8-carat diamond

later that year, as he tried to open a Biden CEFC office in Washington DC, Hunter called Ye “his partner.” Unfortunately, Hunter was not the only one to suffer.

Although we do not have any evidence that President Joe Biden knew about Hunter’s deals with CEFC, it raises serious questions about national security, business ethics, and legal exposure.

Frank Figliuzzi, former FBI assistant director of counterintelligence, says that it’s all about access, influence and access. If you can compromise someone with both influence and access, that’s even better.” It’s even better if the target has already compromised himself”

After careful analysis and examination of Hunter’s laptop data, it was discovered that Ye used energy earnings to finance a front called “Base 311”, a PLA unit that specializes in legal warfare, psychological warfare, and public opinion warfare. Since then, Base 311 has expanded to include cyber warfare as well as military space operations. It has also been linked to Chinese attempts to influence the 2018 Taiwan election.

Paul Charon, a Chinese military expert, and author says that “it also appeared that Base 311 conducted research on the informational climate in the United States including] the potential consequences of legislation passed to combat propaganda [and] how social media plays a role in American political life.”

Ye was also deputy secretary general for the “Shanghai Association for International Friendly Contact”, a PLA front group, and briefly served as an adviser to President Milos Zeman of the Czech Republic. He was able to influence the Czech Republic’s view of China, including the reconsideration of the Dalai Lama’s value.

After meeting Ye, President Zeman would describe China’s Belt and Road Initiative as “the most interesting project in modern history”. He was also the only Western leader to attend Beijing’s major military parade in 2015.

Ye was taken into custody in 2018. He was accused of “economic crime” which includes fraud, bribery, and embezzlement. CEFC was declared bankrupt by the Federal Reserve in 2020. The Times noted that Ye’s payments to Biden’s family are currently under investigation by the US Federal Court.
