Biden Chasing Vaccine Mandates Even After New CDC Guidelines

However, even though the United States has entered a post-pandemic era, the Biden administration continues to pursue a forced vaccination court action.

The CDC has declared an end to bias against people based on whether or not they have been vaccinated.

Even if the federal government wins the action, the experts say there will be no repercussions. Therefore the administration is wasting its time and money on it.

The case of Feds for Medical Freedom v. Biden, in which the federal government seeks to impose a vaccination requirement on federal government civilian workers, will be heard by the Fifth Circuit Court on September 13.

Last year, a lower court blocked the Biden administration from making federal government employees get vaccinations; the administration appealed the judgment.

After a panel of the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals reversed the trial court’s judgment, Feds for Medical Freedom petitioned the full court of 17 judges to hear the appeal.

In defiance of the CDC’s new permissive rules for non-vaccinated persons, the Biden administration will now attempt to win the compulsive vaccination case before the court of 17 judges.

The revised recommendations state that vaccinated and unvaccinated persons benefit from all COVID preventative strategies. As a result, the organization will no longer treat people differently depending on whether or not they have been vaccinated.

According to the revised recommendations, those who have not been vaccinated against COVID but have been exposed to the virus do not need to go into quarantine.

If the new CDC standards are followed, the Biden administration will waste public money enforcing the vaccine requirement even if they win the court case challenging forced immunization.

Ilya Shaprio, a representative from the Manhattan Institute, has questioned the administration’s pursuit of a lawsuit that will have little impact on national health policy.

Successful legal defense on the part of the administration will not free up any additional government resources for carrying out the mandate, regardless of the case’s outcome. According to Shaprio, the CDC has ceased treating patients differently based on whether or not they have been vaccinated.

Feds for Medical Freedom President Marcus Thornton has also criticized the Biden administration for wasting time on pointless litigation.

According to Thornton, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) declaration that it would not discriminate against people based on their vaccination status shows that science is against forced vaccination; thus, all mandates should be rejected in the United States.

Following the CDC recommendations, Thornton said that the federal government owes the American people an apology for the harassment and abuse vaccination requirements had caused.

When Fox News asked the DOJ for comment on whether or not they plan to prosecute the vaccination requirement lawsuit at this time, the DOJ declined to respond.
