Deep Blue City More Divided and Racist Than Ever

Crime continues to plague the liberal city of New York thanks to Mayor Eric Adams’ divisive policies.

New York City is more divided and more racist as low-income areas, black-dominated neighborhoods, and middle-class localities grapple with waves of violent crimes, while white neighborhoods remain safe.

“Black lives only matter to #BLM when there is a chance to attack the police, diminish our constitution or tear down our society. #GeorgeSoros funds #BlackLivesMattter,” tweeted former NYC Police Commissioner Bernard Kerik.

Violent crimes, including murders, felonies, and shootings, are rising in most of the minority areas, which makes the city one of the most dangerous places for minorities.

According to statistics provided by the New York Police Department, 261 people have been killed in The Big Apple just this year alone; most of these murders were in the 40 most neglected precincts.

The Bronx community, which is the home of most of the Hispanics and Black people of NYC, reported 32 percent of the total murders in the city, even though the community just comprises 18 percent of the population.

Democratic cities across the U.S. such as New York are struggling to crack down on gun violence as lawmakers on Capitol Hill discuss tougher gun control legislation following recent mass shootings.

A report from the Washington Examiner found recently that liberal law enforcement policies are the main contributors to the issue, as relatively few guns historically have been purchased in ways Congress wants to regulate with its latest gun control push.

Joe Gamaldi, Vice President of the Fraternal Order of Police, also echoed this sentiment, saying that the reason crime is at an all-time high is that law enforcement officers are getting ambushed more frequently due to leftist Democratic policies.

“When you have these people pushing these horrific policies, they don’t give a damn about the community. It’s agenda over people,” Gamaldi said. “Our communities are fed up. They’re pissed off. They want safe streets.”

A 2019 study by the Department of Justice also said that only 7% of federal prisoners in possession of a firearm at the time of their crimes had purchased the gun from a licensed firearm dealer.
