FBI Probes Mayor Adams’ Campaign Over Foreign Donations

The residence of a prominent fundraiser for New York City Mayor Eric Adams was raided by Federal agents early Thursday morning as part of an investigation into an alleged kickback scheme involving the Turkish government and a Brooklyn construction company.

Federal agents conducted the operation at the Brooklyn home of Brianna Suggs, a campaign consultant and lobbyist.

This action coincided with Mayor Adams’ abrupt departure from a series of White House immigration meetings to return to New York City shortly after landing in Washington, DC, as confirmed by The Post.

The raid is part of a broader federal inquiry into potential public corruption. The investigation is examining whether funds were unlawfully funneled into Adams’ 2021 mayoral campaign through a Brooklyn-based construction company.

The operation was intentionally carried out while the mayor was out of town, according to law enforcement sources.

Investigators were specifically searching for evidence of collusion between Adams’ campaign, the Turkish government, and the construction company to channel foreign funds into his campaign accounts using straw donors.

A straw donor is someone who makes a donation with another person’s money while using their own name.

Mayor Eric Adams sounds the alarm about Biden’s ILLEGALS crisis in NYC, and BOOM!

The FBI is now investigating Adams’ 2021 election campaign for corruption.

If there’s one thing we know now, it’s that THIS FBI only goes after political enemies of the Biden Fascist Regime.

The federal warrant, obtained by The New York Times, outlined the search for evidence related to the theft of federal funds, wire fraud, conspiracy to misappropriate federal funds, and wire fraud conspiracy.

Investigators were also looking for proof that the campaign provided benefits to individuals associated with KSK Construction Group, as well as Turkish officials.

As of now, neither Brianna Suggs, whose firm has received over $150,000 from the mayor’s campaign since 2021, nor Mayor Adams have been arrested or charged with any crime.

Mayor Adams stated that he has not been contacted by any law enforcement agency but returned to the city to stay informed about the situation. He affirmed his commitment to the highest ethical standards for his campaign and expressed his willingness to cooperate fully with any investigation.

Suggs, aged 25, has a close professional relationship with Ingrid Lewis-Martin, known as the Lioness of City Hall, who serves as Adams’ chief advisor. Suggs’ company, Suggs Solutions LLC, is registered at a family-owned property in Crown Heights, according to property records.

Local residents described hearing the raid, with reports of helicopters and a boarded-up house. Eyewitnesses observed FBI agents at the scene, some of whom were seen carrying cardboard boxes to a van.

“I heard screaming maybe two or three hours ago,” one neighbor said. “I heard helicopters (also) … the house is boarded up.”

“I saw some of them carrying cardboard boxes which they loaded into a van,” Devon Stilwell, a 22-year-old witness added.

The search warrant specified that authorities were looking for Suggs’ financial records and those of any related entities under her control.
