Hunter Biden Sues Rudy Giuliani

First Son Hunter Biden has reportedly sued Rudy Giuliani for allegedly hacking into his infamous laptop.

The complaint was filed in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California alleges that Giuliani is “primarily responsible” for the “total annihilation” of Biden’s privacy. The lawsuit also names Robert Costello, a former federal prosecutor who previously represented Giuliani, as a defendant.

“For the past many months and even years, Defendants have dedicated an extraordinary amount of time and energy toward looking for, hacking into, tampering with, manipulating, copying, disseminating, and generally obsessing over data that they were given that was taken or stolen from Plaintiff’s devices or storage platforms, including what Defendants claim to have obtained from Plaintiff’s alleged ‘laptop’ computer,” Biden’s attorneys said.

They also claimed that the data was not even from a “laptop,” but from an “external drive.” The contents include images, videos, emails, and other information that, ever since the New York Post first published it in 2020, has put Biden in legal danger and generated political problems for his father, President Joe Biden.

Giuliani and Costello have openly admitted that they were able to copy content from the laptop. The former Trump lawyer gave the Post access to that information in October 2020, and the news outlet then used Biden’s emails to publish a story accusing President Biden of engaging in business with a Ukrainian company that had appointed Hunter to its board.

“Hunter Biden has previously refused to admit ownership of the laptop. I’m not surprised he’s now falsely claiming his laptop hard drive was manipulated by Mayor Giuliani, considering the sordid material and potential evidence of crimes on that thing,” said Ted Goodman, one of Giuliani’s advisors.

This comes after Hunter was recently indicted for making false statements and unlawfully possessing a firearm.

Late last month, Hunter was indicted on federal gun charges out of Special Counsel David Weiss’ investigation, including charges for making a false statement in the purchase of a firearm; making a false statement related to information required to be kept by a federal firearms licensed dealer; and one count of possession of a firearm by a person who is an unlawful user of or addicted to a controlled substance.
