Liberal News Network Becomes the Official Press Outlet of the WH

Liberal media outlets are hard at work to help the Biden administration ahead of the midterm elections.

One such outlet, The Hill, is becoming the mouthpiece of the Democratic Party by constantly slamming Republicans. For instance, the leftist news agency recently blasted the GOP for claiming the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) is seeking to target middle-class Americans under the newly passed “Inflation Reduction Act.”

“The GOP is warning that the $80 billion funding boost to the IRS included in Democrats’ tax, climate and health care package, which President Biden signed into law on Tuesday, will target middle-class Americans with an “army” of new enforcement agents,” The Hill reported.

Other news websites have also renamed the act to deter the public from realizing that the Democratic-backed legislation won’t actually do anything to reduce inflation numbers. CNN’s chief White House correspondent Kaitlan Collins, for example, framed it as “the climate, tax and health care bill.”

Reuters also dropped the pretense that the bill was about reducing inflation, writing: “Biden signs into law a $430 billion climate, healthcare and tax bill that is seen as the biggest climate package in U.S. history and designed to cut prescription drug prices.”

Additionally, New York Daily News reported about the newly passed reconciliation bill with the title “Biden signs massive climate and health care legislation into law.”

This comes days after President Joe Biden signed the “Inflation Reduction Act” into law, which would allocate $80 billion to the IRS, including $46.6 billion for tax enforcement and audit activities. Tax experts are worried that it would make life harder for Americans amid continued economic downturn.

“Everyone is facing slightly less after-tax income in the long run,” Garrett Watson, a senior policy analyst and modeling manager at the Tax Foundation, told The Washington Post.

A couple of cattle ranchers in Texas were reportedly audited by the IRS and warned that the revenue service will audit anybody they want, even hard-working average joes like them.

“We got audited over basically a $7,800 engine rebuild on a very old tractor,” said Deborah Hajda during an interview on Fox News. “They just basically said this was a red flag, and we’re going to audit you, and we’re coming to your house.”
