Police have arrested 108 people in a human trafficking ring and four of them were Disney employees, according to reports.
The arrests took place during an operation called “Operation March Sadness 2” after investigators discovered prostitutes who were posting online ads through different websites and even social media.
Police were looking for people who were interested in meeting with prostitutes. They believed some of them were communicating with children inappropriately.
The undercover detectives would contact the suspects, then agree to meet them at a random location before arresting them.
“The arrests of a human trafficker and four child predators alone makes this whole operation worthwhile… Where there is prostitution, there is exploitation, disease, dysfunction and broken families,” said Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd. “We protected some little girl someplace that was groomed or potentially groomed by these evil, deviant criminals, thugs, that’s all they are…They’re dangerous people.”
Among those arrested were four Disney employees, including 27-year-old Xavier Jackson who reportedly sent inappropriate photos of himself to an undercover detective pretending to be a 14-year-old girl
“The three others, who were allegedly attempting to solicit a prostitute, were identified by Judd as: Wilkason Fidele, 24, who worked at the Cosmic Restaurant at Walt Disney World’s Tomorrowland for four years; Shubham Malave, 27, who is on a visa citizenship from India and worked as a software developer for Disney; and Ralph Leese, 45, who spent nearly four years working in IT for Disney,” CBS News reported.
Ironically, this comes after Disney CEO Bob Chapek denounced House Bill 1557 or the Parental Rights in Education bill after being forced by outraged liberals to do so.
“We were opposed to the bill from the outset,” said Chapek during a conference call. “But we chose not to take a public position on it because we thought we could be more effective working behind the scenes, engaging directly with lawmakers on both sides of the aisle.”
The law prohibits school staff from discussing sexuality with children third-grade age and under and restricts related topics with older children to age-appropriate instruction but the left has falsely labeled it the “Don’t Say Gay” bill despite the word “gay” never being used in the legislation.
Nevertheless, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis passed the bill into law and threatened to yank the company’s special privileges in the state.
“As the parent of three kids that are aged 5 and under, thank you for letting me and my wife be able to send our kids to kindergarten without them being sexualized,” DeSantis told the legislature.
