A Delta passenger was kicked off flight allegedly for wearing a “Fu** Biden” hoodie but the Delta official pointed out the passenger wasn’t wearing a mask.
According to the reports, the passenger was also threatened to be placed on the airline’s “no-fly list” if he didn’t comply.
In the tiktok video uploaded by the passenger who identified himself as Jauneil Brooks, the airline official can be heard saying that if he doesn’t leave the plane with his “F*** Biden” hoodie turned inside out, she would have to deplane all the passengers. She adds that the decision is based on Delta “policy” and that “you cannot wear it.”

The airline official also claimed that she spoke to “corporate security” and told Brooks that if he didn’t comply, he would be placed on the “no fly list.”
After that, he demanded the official to let him see the policy for himself in which she responded, telling him that they could look at the policy on a computer in the jetway.
Moreover, Brooks uploaded the same video where he appeared to be in front of the plane and took off his “Fu** Biden” hoodie.
“You guys force me to wear my mask, I don’t wanna wear it; I can’t wear my hoodie. It’s off. I’m gonna go sit down. … Whatever you guys … say to me … will be recorded, and you guys can get sued.” Brooks said.
He then went back to his seat but the official told him to leave the plane because he hadn’t been wearing his mask.
“This is what’s wrong with our country,” Brooks stated as he departed the plane.
In the following videos he uploaded, Brooks was told by a different airport official, claiming that he was kicked off the flight because he’s wearing an “obscene shirt.” and “refused to remove it” and that he wasn’t “being compliant with your mask.”
After the complaint against Delta Airlines became controversial, the airlines released an official statement saying:
“Delta has long prohibited customers from displaying profane or derogatory words or images, and our expectation is for customers and our people to treat each other with dignity and respect, always. Nothing is more important than a safe, civil travel experience for all. We apologize to our customers for any inconvenience caused by the briefly delayed departure.”
