US President Joe Biden was slammed for doing a weird gesture in front of Naval personnel after he mistakenly referred to his wife, Jill Biden as former US President Barack Obama’s Vice President.
During the commissioning ceremony for the USS Delaware recently, Biden mistakenly called his wife as Obama’s Vice President.
“I’m incredibly pleased with the work she’s doing as First Lady with the Joining Forces effort she co-founded with Michelle Obama as vice president and now leads.” Biden said.
However, following the gaffe involving his wife, another one has emerged after a White House correspondent pointed it out and posted a picture of Biden, kneeling in front of the Navy Sailors on.
“Unclear why Joe Biden keeps taking a knee in formal photos but doing it in a photo with Navy sailors is bizarre.” Charlie Spiering, Breitbart News White House correspondent tweeted.
However, this wasn’t the only time that Biden did the weird gesture.

“The president took a knee during a photo with the Seattle Storm’s team as he welcomed them to the White House to celebrate their WNBA championship.” Breitbart News reported.
“In July, Biden also took a knee while taking a photo with the Los Angeles Dodgers at the White House after celebrating their World Series victory.” the News added.
Although Biden’s defenders believe that his gesture during the USS Delaware was symbolic and that he was just trying to be “polite and kneeling so that those behind him could be seen,” others slammed him, claiming that he shouldn’t be doing such a gesture because he’s the country’s president.
