“The entire ABC News organization stands in solidarity with our Jewish colleagues, friends and communities,” the president of the news channel added.
Goldberg statement about Holocaust not being a race issue but “about man’s inhumanity to man” trended on socials last Monday, causing Jewish groups to condemn the statement saying that the host was understating Jewish suffering.
The host later on apologized and explained her remarks in “The Late Show”. She also issued an apology tweet in her twitter account quoting Jonathan Greenblatt’s words about the holocaust being a systematic annihilation of the Jewish people from Nazi’s racist views.
